  2. Rebecca Romijn claims her first agent asked her mother to be a ‘’supermodel-making machine.” She told Movieline in 2000, “It was like, ‘I’ll pay you to make more babies.’”
  3. Rebecca Romijn isn’t wild about the actress-turned-model moniker. “They never call Harrison Ford ”carpenter-turned-actor,”” she told Marie Claire in 2007.
  4. When Rebecca Romijn was growing up, her Dutch father was known to sometimes answer the door in the nude. “I grew up in Berkeley with a lot of hippies. So nudity was never an issue at our house,” she told the Chicago Tribune in 2000.

Vanessa Williams having a real-life Wilhelmina Moment

Vanessa WilliamsVanessa Williams admitted she had a real-life Wilhelmina Slater moment when she

shoot the episode in which her diva character gets a pedicure that includes soaking her feet in water full of fish that apparently eat away your feet’s dead skin.

“I pulled a Wilhelmina for that,” Williams said. “I flew in my manicurist-pedicurist from New York [to the L.A. set] because I knew my feet would be featured.” (If you’re wondering, the fish procedure is real and said to be quite popular in Japan.)
